The Cottages

All properties have bed linen included. Towels £4 pppw (on request). Electricity and heating included. Colour TV, SKY, Video and DVD. Music centre. Microwave. Shared laundry room with auto washing machine and coin op tumble drier (plenty of washing lines to dry your washing outside). Parking. Garden furniture. Barbeques. Two hot tubs, one inside over looking the valley, and the other outside, a shared sauna suite, also with a jacuzzi, and shower. There is also an indoor games room, with a pool table, table tennis and table football, next to this a small fitness gym.

Manor Farm
Sleeps 20 under one roof by combining Manor Hall and The Manor House, which are interconnected at ground floor and second floor levels to form one house. There is also adequate dining facilities to seat the whole party at one table for meals.

The Manor Hall
Cottage comprises: Entrance Hall (1), with spacious sitting room (2) with log burning stove and kitchen leading off it. The well equipped kitchen (3) is a traditional farmhouse kitchen with a beamed ceiling and part of an original cattle manger still in place, and a large dining table. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a sink, dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is also a seperate WC. On the first floor there is a magnificent large double bedded room with a five foot bed, a bathroom which consists bath with shower attachment and WC and a separate dressing room is attached (4). The other spacious double bedded room with an extra single bed also has its own bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC (5). On the second floor there is a double bedded room (6) with a wash basin and a twin bedded room, with a low beamed entrance. There is also a shower room consisting of Shower WC and wash basin. Gas fired central heating is included. Logs can be purchased on site, subject to availability. Sky TV is provided and so is an extra TV situated in the kitchen. A high chair, cot and Stairgate are available on request. There is a terraced garden with panoramic views from sitting area, with a further sitting area by the outside Hot Tub.

The Manor House
Cottage comprises: Entrance Hall leads into the well equipped farmhouse style fitted kitchen with dining table (7). Also leading off from the entrance Hall is a private annexe that comprises of an open plan lounge / diner with well equipped kitchen area. Coal effect gas fire and night storage heaters. Stairs lead up to a bedroom having a double bed and a single bed, ample storage and excellent views across the Esk Valley. Shower room with WC, wash hand basin, separate shower cubicle and further large storage cupboard. Leading from the kitchen is a spacious sitting room with dining table (8) (9) and wood burning stove. Also on thr ground floor is a Shower room/WC. First floor. Two double (10) bedrooms. (10) Bathroom/WC. Second floor: Large attic bedroom (low beam on entry) with four single beds, with its own TV (11) (ideal for children). Oil central heating included. Logs can be purchased on site, subject to availability. Sky TV. Fridge /freezer and dishwasher. High chair and cot. Stairgate on request. Terraced garden with panoramic views, leading down to indoor Hot Tub with a seating area outside and a further area below this for a BBQ with table and seating, again with excellent views.
